RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We take pride in our product and are dedicated to customer satisfaction and providing the Best Men's Underwear Australia-wide! Should you find any fault with your purchase, we would love to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible.
- We only offer refunds in the unlikely scenario of receiving defective products. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot sustain refunds for change of mind, return to sender, or postage costs.
- Once your Reer Endz arrives, you can check the size of our undies by holding them up to your waist or wrapping the waistband around your neck, as this will usually match your waist width.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. If purchasing more than 1 pair, the remaining pairs must be returned to us unopened.
- If you purchase a bundle, please just try 1 pair before opening the remaining pairs, as we can only provide an exchange for unopened and unworn pairs. Unfortunately, garments that have been worn can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons. Exchanges won’t be accepted if the garments have been worn.
- If your original order didn’t qualify for free shipping, we’ll just need to collect a small $9.95 shipping fee to send out your replacement pair(s).
- While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or sizing preferences, we understand that, in rare cases, some customers may feel they don’t find the right fit with any of our styles. As a small business, this is something we can’t always accommodate, but in exceptional circumstances, we may offer a store credit to use on future purchases.
- These will be considered case-by-case, and are entirely at the discretion of Reer Endz. To be eligible, products must meet our usual return conditions (unworn, unopened, and returned within 30 days).
Faulty or Damaged Reer Endz
- Something not right with your Reer Endz? Send us a photo and description of the fault via our Returns & Exchange Portal. We’ll check it out, confirm the fault, and get you a replacement or refund straight away!
- Please note incorrect washing, general wear & tear, unauthorised repairs or modifications do not equate to a Fault or Damaged pairs.

We’ve specifically engineered our underwear with a 40mm waistband to help prevent rolling and provide a secure, comfortable fit. This wider waistband is designed to reduce the likelihood of it folding or cutting in, which is why we were surprised to hear about your experience.
While this issue is rare, there could be a few reasons why it’s happening for you:
Fit and Positioning: Sometimes, a waistband can roll if it’s sitting too low or too high on the waist. We recommend adjusting it to sit comfortably at your natural waistline. A slight repositioning could help prevent it from rolling.
Body Shape and Fit: Everyone’s body shape is different, and some customers may find the waistband fits differently depending on their waist-to-hip ratio. If the waistband feels too loose, a smaller size might provide a snugger fit and help keep it in place.

I ordered two pairs of trunks in XXL size ,one in navy and one in grey marle. When my order arrived , I received one pair of navy trunks,XXL and one pair of BRIEFS in grey Marle XXL. The sale docket states that the order was for two pairs of trunks. Fortunately for me, my order was very small ! It’s seems so hard today to hire good employees. No apologies offered as to why my order was altered !!
No, I didn’t bother to return the order, too many hassles with the mail and COVID. The quality of the garments can not be faulted .
