RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We take pride in our product and are dedicated to customer satisfaction and providing the Best Men's Underwear Australia-wide! Should you find any fault with your purchase, we would love to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible.
- We only offer refunds in the unlikely scenario of receiving defective products. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot sustain refunds for change of mind, return to sender, or postage costs.
- Once your Reer Endz arrives, you can check the size of our undies by holding them up to your waist or wrapping the waistband around your neck, as this will usually match your waist width.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. If purchasing more than 1 pair, the remaining pairs must be returned to us unopened.
- If you purchase a bundle, please just try 1 pair before opening the remaining pairs, as we can only provide an exchange for unopened and unworn pairs. Unfortunately, garments that have been worn can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons. Exchanges won’t be accepted if the garments have been worn.
- If your original order didn’t qualify for free shipping, we’ll just need to collect a small $9.95 shipping fee to send out your replacement pair(s).
- While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or sizing preferences, we understand that, in rare cases, some customers may feel they don’t find the right fit with any of our styles. As a small business, this is something we can’t always accommodate, but in exceptional circumstances, we may offer a store credit to use on future purchases.
- These will be considered case-by-case, and are entirely at the discretion of Reer Endz. To be eligible, products must meet our usual return conditions (unworn, unopened, and returned within 30 days).
Faulty or Damaged Reer Endz
- Something not right with your Reer Endz? Send us a photo and description of the fault via our Returns & Exchange Portal. We’ll check it out, confirm the fault, and get you a replacement or refund straight away!
- Please note incorrect washing, general wear & tear, unauthorised repairs or modifications do not equate to a Fault or Damaged pairs.

Don't bother. All hype. Material looks good enough but is rough on the skin. Doesn't respond well with movement. When stretched, it feels like old elastic at end of life. Feels too short around the waist and legs. Rides up constantly. Front pocket squashes everything in, rather than being supportive. The little hole at the front is not big enough. Sorry to burst your bubble. I bought a big pack, different sizes for different family members. We all agree, don't bother.

I am loving my Offshore Vibes Trunks and all the other Trunks I purchased from Reer Endz! The organic cotton and low toxic is the only way to go. Comfy and comfy! It’s all I need. Much better than the undies I have used previously.

I bought 5 pairs in all the different designs for my 19 year old son and he loves them. I was hoping he would like the colours etc and he did. He normally wears plain colours so I was so happy he went with all the colours. I will get him some plain ones as well. He said "they are so comfortable" when I asked. Winner!!

The material is great quality and i sweat less wearing them. My only issue is the Trunks are too short and depending on which pants/shorts im wearing im constantly pulling them down. If they where long leg trunks they would be perfect
